Booking & Planning
Coordinate with shippers, select optimal routes, and arrange carrier bookings across road, air, and sea modes.
Documentation
Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and EAC transit documents.
Customs Clearance
Lodge accurate declarations with the South Sudan Revenue Authority and EAC customs for duty assessment.
Delivery & Reporting
Coordinate last-mile delivery, update consignees, and provide full shipment reports and proof of delivery.
